Concrete Horizon House

At Reefline Architects, every project begins with one thing: listening. Concrete Horizon House is the result of a close collaboration with a client who came to us with a clear desire—a bold, modern home made primarily of exposed concrete. They wanted a structure that felt strong, timeless, and simple to maintain, without sacrificing comfort or liveability.

Together, we shaped a two-storey, three-bedroom residence that responds to those goals while making the most of natural light, outdoor connection, and elegant spatial flow. From day one, the design was tailored to fit the site and the client’s needs—featuring a guest suite on the ground floor and a private master retreat upstairs, all anchored around generous communal spaces and direct pool access.

We worked closely with the client on every detail: from the texture of the concrete to the proportion of the windows and the softness added through timber accents. The result? A home that feels powerful yet warm, minimal yet welcoming.

And most importantly, the client was thrilled. They told us the house captured exactly what they envisioned, and more. That kind of feedback is what drives us.
