Poolline Residence is a bold and contemporary architectural composition that reinterprets the suburban home through spatial transparency, material honesty, and strong indoor-outdoor connectivity. Organized around a long, narrow central pool, the house’s layout encourages a direct interaction with water, light, and landscape from nearly every space.

Ground Floor
The main entry reveals a generous open-plan layout where the kitchen, dining area, and living space coexist in a fluid environment, framed by polished concrete surfaces and warm timber finishes. A sequence of rooms—service areas, studio, and living quarters—are distributed around the pool, providing both visual continuity and clear zoning. A semi-enclosed outdoor expansion with built-in barbecue, wood-fired oven, and shower celebrates the social lifestyle of the home and reinforces its seamless connection with exterior functions.

Upper Floor
A sculptural timber stair leads to the upper level, where the private domain is located. The master suite with en-suite bath is strategically positioned for privacy and overlooks the pool, while two generous roof terraces extend the living experience outward and upward, offering panoramic views and enhancing passive cooling.
